ICE CREAM RIDE ON JULY 17, 2010
The Third Annual Ice Cream Ride will start at 7:30am on July 17, 2010. We gather together at the Perry Welcome Center to ride a 52.5 mile loop through Marshallville and Montezuma and back to Perry. Depending on wind, we may go the opposite route. The Goal: to eat homemade ice cream at the William Brown Farm Stand in Montezuma in the company of fellow bicyclists. The ride is no drop! The first half of the trip, we all stick together...the last half, everyone rides at their own pace. We will have a SAG vehicle with cold water and fruit for the trip. The driver will be more than happy to bring your other farm stand purchases back as well. This is a VERY HOT ride. Be prepared.
